Today the fourth beta firmware of iOS 6.1 was released by Apple at around 10 AM pacific time . If you are a registered Apple iOS developer you can go ahead and download the fourth beta either in the developer portal, or by using an over the air update directly on an iPhone using a previous beta. Again, there seems to be little change and mainly bug fixes so there is little incentive to upgrade unless you are actually using your phone to develop applications. As always we will report if we see any noteworthy changes.
