Yesterday, Apple unveiled its much-anticipated iPhone 5. As always, the conference included a demo of an upcoming iOS title. This year, EA's Rob Murray took to the stage in San Francisco to showcase the gorgeous-looking Real Racing 3, giving people in the audience a practical glimpse at the power of the device's new A6 processor and the look of an app in wide-screen 16:9.
If you missed the iPhone 5 event, fear not: you can see what the forthcoming racer looks like running on the iPhone 5 in the rather glorious screenshot below this paragraph.

"Apple technology continues to evolve the mobile games experience, and we believe games like Real Racing 3 best highlight what consumers have to look forward to with these advancements," Murray said.
"The game's dynamic reflections, sharp track shadows, and other beautifully detailed assets will take full advantage of the iPhone 5's new visual capabilities to deliver a stunning mobile gaming experience that rivals many console games."
Real Racing 3 will hit the App Store packing dynamic reflections; improved track models; and cars that sport chrome alloys, carbon fibre, leather interiors, and metallic and pearlescent paint jobs.
It'll also contain a time-shifted multiplayer mode, which will take advantage of the new Game Center challenges feature introduced in iOS 6. Basically, it's an asynchronous mode that allows you to challenge an opponent to a race and complete it whenever you see fit.
