Bloomberg has posted a hypothetical breakdown of iPhone 5 components and costs, reports 9to5Mac.

These estimates are just on the Bloomberg machines now. We were expecting more RAM on this as yet non-existant iPhone 5. We'll update when/if Bloomberg posts publicly…developing

Looking below you can see that they are predicting 512 MB and a 1GHz A5 processor.
