Here are jailbreak apps and tweaks you should check for this week.
1. HomeSpringPage - Free

With the recently released jailbreak tweak Dashboard X, by iOS developer Ori Kadosh, HomeSpringPage could be a great jailbreak tweak because it gives you a free first home screen page to add any of your Notification Center or Dashboard X widgets to. In this sense, it gives you a nice opening page to unlock your iOS device to and then allows you to page through your home screen pages to reach your applications.
2. RainBoard - Free
So every now and then, a tweak comes out which literally makes me say ‘WHAAAA?’ and ‘RainBoard’ is one of those tweaks. If you watch the video above, you will see that it displays a selection of app icon-like images ‘raining’ down the screen of your iDevice. It does nothing else, except probably consume some of your RAM.
3. BatteryInfo for Notification Center - $0.99

Battery information is always a mystery with iOS. The iPhone and iPad offer battery percentage indicator options and the iPod touch does not. There are applications in the App Store that can also offer more information about the battery, however, who wants another useless application cluttering their home screen? A new Notification Center widget is available in Cydia dubbed BatteryInfo for Notification Center by iOS developer Chef von Australien. The widget, shown in the screenshot above, is extremely detailed. It offers a lot of information about the battery that regular iOS users and even more advanced iOS users can use. The best part is that no useless battery applications are added to the home screen in the process of installing this Notification Center widget.
4. LaunchSpeak - FREE
If random noises aren't your cup of tea, then a new free jailbreak tweak is available in Cydia starting today, dubbed LaunchSpeak by iOS developer fr0st. LaunchSpeak, as the name implies, speaks when you launch applications. After installing it, you will find a new preferences pane in the Settings application
5. Homescreen Contacts - $1.99

iOS developer yeahwangy has released a new jailbreak tweak dubbed Homescreen Contacts so you can easily find the contacts you want right from your home screen and get in touch with them via any of the iPhone's built-in communication methods such as FaceTime, Phone calls, and text messaging.
