Yes! You can now port Siri voice assistant on your jailbroken iPhone 4 or iPod touch 4G without having iPhone 4S in hand and without buying any Siri proxy server. Check out this step by step video guide on how to install Siri on your non-iPhone 4S device.


Note: Since the server is overloaded, you may incur some connectivity issues, however.

Here is how to install Siri on iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G and iPad 2

Step 1: Jailbreak your iPhone 4 or iPod touch 4G using Redsn0w on 5.0.1

Step 2: Launch Cydia and add the Source repo.siriport.ru to Cydia

Step 3: Install “Siriport

Step 4: Reboot

Step 5: Download iPhone 4S certificate file by visiting siriport.ru/1.crt (or cydiablog.com/siri/. Email the certificate file to yourself and then open it on your device from your email.

Step 6: Reboot

Step 7: Activate Siri and say “Hi Siri” Siri won’t work, wait 1-4 minutes and try again. (Say “Hi Siri” again)

Step 8: Repeat step 6 until Siri is activated
