It was a magic weekend! We just surprised by Jailbroken Untethered running the iOS 5.1 not once, not twice, but three times! And now, a quiet developer named Paul Griffin or @phoenixdev on Twitter, who created some popular Cydia tweaks like Music Controls Pro, Shrink, Resupported4, Parallax and many others announced to jailbreak the new iPad on iOS 5.1 for the forth time!

Paul recently tweeted that after some hard work he has managed to Jailbreak the new iPad and get Cydia as well as SSH working. This is some great news once again as it means there is a fourth loophole that can be exploited to Jailbreak the new iPad untethered on the iOS 5.1 firmware.

It is important to keep in mind however, that these initial Jailbreaks that are surfacing are only for bragging rights. There still needs to be a lot of work done before a public new iPad Jailbreak is released. What this does mean however, as it should dramatically reduce the time we will need to wait for a new iPad Jailbreak.
