Apple defaults to letting you set reminders in five-minute increments. For some, this might be fine, but if you want the flexibility to move in between one-minute increments without the silly five-minute increment restriction, there’s a new free jailbreak tweak in Cydia today called In A Minute by iOS developer Brandon Sachs that you will want to check out.
As shown above, the tweak simply gives you the ability to choose minutes one by one, rather than choose minutes by every five minutes. The tweak was inspired by Every Last Minute, a tweak by lordscotland that brought a similar feature to the Calendar application for calendar events.
The ability to pack more reminders within the five-minute increments gives users the ability to set more reminders in a short amount of time, which some users may find more useful. It's also nice how the tweak seamlessly integrates right into the Reminders application in a way that Apple would have integrated it.
In A Minute does not come with any options to configure – just install and enjoy the freedom to select any minute, one by one, that you want to set a reminder for.
In A Minute is free via BigBoss repo.
