Apple is launching its new iPad in 10 countries on March 16th and other 26 countries on March 23rd.
Pre-orders are live for those in the first batch of countries but you will have a hard time getting your order processed as Apple's servers are being hammered.
Thankfully, the prices for the devices have remained the same as the current generation iPads, with Wi-Fi only flavors going for $499, $599, and $699 for 16, 32, and 64GB respectively. LTE models will go for $629, $729, and $829 for the same amount of storage space.

March 16th: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia.
March 23th: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The 16GB iPad 2 will be sticking around with a $100 price drop. You can get the Wi-Fi model for $399 or the 3G + Wi-Fi model for $529.
