I know you have jailbroken your iPhone 5 or other iDevices on iOS 6.x, and you may have installed some cydia tweaks, if you wanna delete these tweaks you don't like, you can delete and uninstall them via Cydia, today I like to tell your a new way to delete Cydia apps from your SpringBoard.
It will allow you to remove a app that was installed via Cydia directly from your SpringBoard. Just like a normal appstore application, you will need to tap and hold on an application and than when all the icons will start shaking, you will notice the X on the Cydia apps as well.
Like a good pedagogue that i am , i took some screenshots to demonstrate the process of uninstalling Cydia apps directly from your SpringBoard :
