In order of their screen size, these AH-IPS displays are 5.5-, 7-, and 12.9-inches in diagonal, with their respective resolutions of full HD 1080p, 1920 x 1200, and 2560 x 1700. They all use the same technology LG also used in the screens found on Apple’s iPhone and iPad so you know that the color reproduction, brightness and overall quality is excellent.
According to LG, these screens will soon make it into consumer electronics. Expect to see them in gadgets around the middle of this year as development has ended and these displays are waiting to enter mass production.
