Do it before Apple close it, we know Untethered Jailbreak for A4 devices on iOS 5.0.1 is available now, and I believe most guys have made it, and more excited thing is, Jailbreak for A5 devices(iPhone 4S and iPad 2) almost done, if lucky enough we will get in one week. That will allow everyone who has an iOS device to get untethered jailbreak on iOS 5.0.1. So no matter untethered jailbroken or not, you should save iOS 5.0.1 SHSH blobs right now even they didn’t update to the iOS 5.0.1 firmware. That will be very important for all jailbreakers so that they can get their untethered jailbreak.

This post is very important for all iOS devices’ users, especially for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 users since they won’t even get a tethered jailbreak on next iOS release, most probably iOS 5.0.2.

So what’s the point of saving iOS 5.0.1 SHSH blobs? Well, as everyone know, Apple will release iOS 5.0.2 in the next few days to kill pod2g’s jailbreak exploit and prevent iPhone 4S and iPad 2 jailbreak again. So in case that happens (and it will), you must have iOS 5.0.1 SHSH blobs saved to be able to downgrade back (or update) to iOS 5.0.1 which is the only firmware after iOS 4.3.3 that can get untethered jailbreak.

So, now, you can use the newly released TinyUmbrella tool from notcom which allows you to save iOS 5.0.1 SHSH blobs for all devices including the iPhone 4S second firmware build (9A406).

TinyUmbrella has updted to Version 5.10.05, if guys can't save iOS 5.0.1 SHSH try this new version, and the downloads link updated too, you still got time, Hurry Up!

Windows Bug Squashed

Thanks to an especially determined user (@szr8) I finally squashed a nasty bug that caused Windows users' TU to crash on startup. Apparently it was something stupid that I was doing that I thought i wasn't doing. :) Either way. Many of you have voiced this issue but now it's fixed. This fix affects you if TU would crash on startup with "LibraryFinder" errors in the log.
